it seems like we have 2 options:
go with a short term stabilizing manager who can come in, stop the rapid decline, and get us back into the top 4
look for a young, ambitious, outside the box manager who can overhaul the team and build the next great arsenal side.
if you bring in allegri or ancelotti, you'll get the first option. given our current state and the level of rot, i think we might be better off going the first route. yes, we want someone to play exciting football, but if we make the wrong hire and things go poorly, we are at risk of sliding even further, even faster.
