Unfortunately Mustafi has talent but even then he needs a good tactical manager to refine his errors.
Wenger is definitely not the manager to do this.
Unfortunately that talent does not include having a functioning brain.
His stupidity and rashness could probably be hidden a bit better in a functioning system/team, but he'll never become a top defender.
