WAIT? HE is a right back? Who said he was a striker what the heck
Oh, right. Young Guns seems pretty adamant that he's a winger. Can't see him listed as a defender anywhere.
He's a right back. Trust me. He wears Number 2 for the Cadete A, and plays right back.
'tis true.
Ok, well on the official Barca website, he's listed as a forward.
Doesn't mean much mate. On our site, Eboue is still listed as a midfielder, Theo a striker, and Diaby a footballer! With youth players it means even less, the official site will be pretty clueless when it comes to U18 players.
yeah he's a bona fide right back, just like what dani alves is. silly asa
Won't he kill Jenkinson?
If it went down to that, I'd bet my house on Jenkinson getting the better of that Ballerina guy...
I do hope Arsene has a more humane method for deciding who's better though.
Looks like we might now be favourites to sign young French defender Raphael Varane, United seem to have dropped out after securing Jones earlier than expected.
He better be good.
He's excellent, I thought Utd would try to sign both to be honest.
He's supposed to be very good, actually. Haven't seen any links to us, just that Utd have dropped out.
Career on a very similar trajectory to Jones.

Have you seen much of him mate? What's he like?
I've seen him play a whopping two matches so I don't know if my opinion counts for anything. He's big (about 1.90 I think), has very good timing in the air, is quick and seems to know what he's doing. He's also comfortable on the ball and has a bit of skill. Think young Ferdinand with a slightly less stupid expression on his face.
Ricky have you seen something to suggest we are favourites or is that your conclusion post jones signing for the scum?
No, seen a few different reports suggesting we're now poised to move for him. I'll try and find them.

I love how they write that Miquel was stolen from Barcelona just because he happened to play for them at one point when he was eight. The fact that they released him and that we picked him up five years later when he was playing for UE Cornellà doesn't seem to matter.
Press for ya klaus. Anyways I'm glad we are still scouting youth. I don't see it as detracting from our efforts to find first teamers
I like our thinking, bring Catalonia to Cesc.
