Guys sorry if this is already addressed somewhere but is there a way to make this site not look microscopic on mobile?
At the very least how can I increase the font size of these forums?
Shit is painful.

As someone with "computer glare"-destroyed eyes, i concur.
Zoom in.
Woe betide!
We are working on solutions BBKG. Hopefully we will have something new soon.
Great stuff!

Any news? :opti:
Yes the news is I'm very busy with shit like this that pays me.
Any news?! It's got even worse recently!
I've installed a couple of responsive themes: BootBB, Emerald, Red Power, Simplicity and Volare.
We are running off an older version of MyBB at the moment though so they might not be entirely compatibile and may be buggy. Still, feel free to give them a whirl and let me know what you think. I've flicked through them briefly and Red Power and Simplicity look decent to me. You can change your theme in User CP -> Edit Options -> Other Options.
Don't worry about font colours, images etc, that stuff can be easily customised later. It's more about living in them for a while to see if functionally they're good. Having glanced at them, I'd suspect a lot of extra stuff needs to be removed as they're pretty cluttered.
BTW I think BootBB is missing a link to the user CP, so if you can't access it to change theme, you can do so here:
Yeah they look a little cluttered, a lot of them seem to need the phone to be held horizontally to fit everything in too. Generally seems to work ok but I'll let others test it as I'm quite happy with the default.
Nice work Peps.
Had a look at Red Power and Simplicity and I wouldn't support either as is.
Red Power does not fit on my phone's screen width (Pixel 5), and threads show with a very inefficient and huge usericon display. Opened one thread and it was just Ofty's George Costanza icon taking up the whole screen.
Simplicity was better, but a bit ugly and would need substantial work on typography to be bearable.
All of them can't seem to fit fully into my screen on Android and you cant scroll right to view certain posts that's too long unless you turn your phone to horizontal view
Simplicity looks to have the most potential for me if we can make it less cluttered

Yeah, I get the same. Simplicity avoids the issue with the thread list being too wide for the screen by hiding the columns for thread view count and last reply on the mobile version (though it's a bit crude and creates a minor graphical issue); the css and templates for the two themes seems very similar and the way Simplicity hides the extra stuff seems very simple, but I can't seem to get the same method to work on Red Power. Not surprising given I haven't used css in years. I probably won't have the time to try to resolve it.
I know I previously suggested I'd do stuff with Flarum and didn't … life's busy I guess and I'm perpetually overcommitted with random shit I "suggest". Just had a quick squizz and it's officially reached v1.0 in the last couple of months, so it's still actively being worked on.
Something like that where the core platform is going to be a bit more battle-tested on mobile than a CSS mod might be better, the work of migration aside. The MyBB to Flarum migration pathway also looks to have matured, see: https://github.com/MichaelBelgium/mybb_to_flarum

I'd take a look at it but between the kids being on summer holidays, going to camps and trying to work around them it'll be ages before I can fit in a proper go at it.
