You have to wonder what's going on with Kolasinac with this in mind. If it's 4 at the back then he can't get into the team ahead of a 32 year old Monreal. If it's 3 at the back then Elneny is preferred to him in the middle as an emergency solution. And a 20 year old Maitland-Niles has already stolen his natural fullback position in that formation.
