Horrible deal. Wenger fucked us over again.
We're now gambling hugely that Mkhitaryan somehow turns his career around.

I wouldn’t expect money - Sanchez’s market value must be about £30m to £35m and that’s probably what Mkhitaryan’s is

At the age of 29 ffs

With the amounts that are being paid to alexis and his agent it's no surprise we're not getting cash in return as well. We should've walked away from the deal
Hopefully this delicate flower can find his way again. One thing we're definitely known for is toughening players up mentally

If Mkhitaryan's market value is that we should've gone for someone else.
Just glad Sanchez is gone. It’s been a bit like watching one of those TV shows were there’s an imposter bedded in with the good guys. Bring in Auba too and I’ll at least look forward to our games again.
Folks talking about us getting a load of money for Sanchez need to wake up to reality. The guy can literally sign a pre-contract agreement with a club today and we’d get fuck all and be stuck with a sulking, moody primadonna for the next six months.
what a disaster of a transfer.
wenger out. way fucking out.
WOW.
I’ve always thought Mkhitaryan a really good player. The fact Mourinho couldn’t get anything out of him doesn’t really perturb me.

Is this really a straight swap because I'm reading other reports saying it's player + cash? If it is a straight swap then we have been fucking swindled.
What do people thing Mkhitaryan would go for in the open market?
He would go for 25-30 million. It’s a relatively fair trade.
He’s maybe not what we needed as a club. It would have been nicer to put in 10m and go for Mahrez or similar. But the ‘trade’ is fair. We’ve just cornered ourselves by letting another cornerstone player let his contract run down.

The Ornacle is never wrong.

I don't know. I think he'd be one of those who'd be hard to offload because no very good clubs would want him while he wouldn't accept the wages that lesser clubs offered him.
£10-£15m after the disastrous season with United.
£40m after his final season at Dortmund.
Mkhitaryan went to Utd for £27m last year. He’s older and hasn’t been playing and is on big wages, he is probably worth £25m. I would rather just sell to city for £20M and spend the money towards Mahrez/Malcom/Fekir.

That's what I said to all of my co workers the past few days and they all were pretty much in agreement. Get the £20m, put that towards Mahrez.
But Mahrez is rubbish, that’s why nobody has bought him despite him desperately wanting out for 2 years.
Straight swap with united paying the excess wage and the agent fees.
