The amount of chances Bayern squandered last night was incredible. Lewandowski played like a raw Adebayor.

It's a big worry for them that Ribery at 35 is still their most dangerous player. Him and Robben can't go on forever. They'll need to invest heavily in the coming years.

They've got Coman and Gnabry as natural replacements. Goretzka is joining in the summer and will bolster their midfield. Kimmich and Süle are top talents and are developing well. With the likes of Lewa, Neuer, Hummels, Boateng, Vidal Alaba, Thiago and James in their prime as well they'll be fine.

Asensio and Vasquez both seeing a lot of the ball, and needing just that next step of conditioning to really make it happen. Both seem a touch slow which may only be evident vs the top level (Bayern/Barca/etc.) but it's all the difference.
