Liverpool winning 7-0. They are scintillating going forward.

Spartak Moscow aren't exactly top tier though. If they were in Premier League they'd be involved in the relegation battle.

Hmm, Dortmund, Napoli and Atlético all dropping into the Europa League.

I'm delighted about that, hope we draw at least one of them at some point. The uefa cup has been such a snoozefest so far, I haven't bothered watching about half of the matches.

True, latter stages would be preferred though.

With the way they defended tonight they’d probably struggled in the Championship.

Would make a great final four, although Atlético might not even care about this cup

some interesting ties in this, the highlights:

Real vs PSG
Juventus vs Tottenham
Chelsea vs Barcelona

Mouthwatering ties. Neymar must be pissed! Actually, the whole PSG hierarchy must be pissed after what happened last year. I am hoping that Barca and Juve bring their A-game and serve these other fools.

PSG finishes first and gets Real, while Bayern finishes second and gets Besiktas!

Would fucking love if Besiktas went past Bayern. The way both are playing this season it certainly seems possible

2nd leg at the top seeds ground yeah? Imagine the noise in Istanbul for that.

Well if they're as good as they think they are, they should be relishing the chance to prove it to the entire world, and who better to do so against than the holders?

I think Madrid will beat PSG, who look even more immature as a team than in previous seasons, despite the significant upturn in talent.

Contrary to what sometimes seems like popular belief, good teams still want to draw bad teams in ordner to maximize the chance of winning the thing.

Finally some good draws in the UCL and not the normal boring repetitive ones. I think PSG will do Madrid, when they want to turn up this season they looked immense.

It's tough luck for Conte. They have both Manchester clubs to play in between their Barca ties. City is lucky to draw Basel since they also have Chelsea and us to play in between. Tottenham plays United, Liverpool and us 3 days before their first leg in Turin. These are moments where we should take advantage of us not being in UCL.

Sevilla and Porto ain't strong this season, but Besiktas and Shakhtar are potential picks for an upset.
