Joe Jordan has always been a prick.

Some good goals in that Roma-Shakhtar game. Menez scored a bute!

Boofuckinghoo.
Does anyone feel that the CL might be as open as the PL this year?
Well if we get past Barcelona it might end up being a Premier League free for all.

You think it's good to try and break someone's legs?
It was an absolutely appalling "tackle." When flying in like that 2 footed with studs up, the only intention is to break the opponent's leg.
It was terrible. I don't see how people on one hand can complain about the likes of Shawcross and Taylor and on the other hand defend that shit. I'm disappointed in Flamini.
So pleased piqué is suspended
Still don't understand how Flamini doesn't get a red card. He was flying through the air horizontally for about 5 meters before he connected. It belonged in a Muay Thai match.
yep horrid tackle
who do milan have to step in for rino? pirlo, ambrosini aye?
Gurgen wrote:You think it's good to try and break someone's legs?
if the leg belongs to dani alves, yes.
but seriously, no idea how that wasnt a red card.
was an easy red 9 times out of 10, so not sure what the ref was doing there..
they are quite lucky because they have no one else in the midfield for now (Ambrosini and Pirlo are both injured and Van Bommel is ineligible).. lucky for them Boateng is back, but he's not at his best at CM...
they'll crash out v. Spuds and can then concentrate on Serie A (better for them this year anyway)
Casillas really is one of the most overrated goalkeepers I've seen.
This Copenhagen side are extremely poor. Chelsea have been decent, but Copenhagen are making them look like they're a lot better than they actually are.
Copenhagen are awful. Chelsea should put this to bed in the first leg. Don't they play Utd close to the 2nd leg? Might be good for us if they finish the tie tonight.

What did he do?
Just speaking generally. Although he did have one ridiculous moment in the first half where he spilled a cross and presented Bafetimbi Gomis with a virtual open goal. Immensely good shot stopper, but little else.
He might make the odd mistake, but Casillas has been without doubt one of the best and most consistent goalies in world football in the past decade.
I disagree, I think he's overrated big time. Most phenomenal shot stoppers are, Shay Given, for example. Casillas' aerial game is a disaster, worse than that even, it's almost comical to watch when he's put under pressure. However, such is the lack of goalkeeping quality over the last ten years, Casillas is definitely right up there in terms of consistent performers. More by default though in my opinion, and I don't think what he has won is proof to the contrary. Gianluigi Buffon is amount twenty times the 'keeper of just about anyone else over the last decade. Now there's a truly brilliant goalkeeper.
Can Spurs please please please get knocked out tonight?
There has to be some justice.
Forza Milano!
