😆 It's amazing isn't it. Sweden don't have a single player who'd get into a non-relegation-threatened Premier League side and they were bang average for most of the game. De Rossi even had to score the winning goal for them.
If they screw up the second leg too Ventura is going to go down in history as the worst Italian national team manager of all time.
Thought Sweden put a few nice moves together in the first half and generally looked pretty good.
Yeah Sweden was the better team throughout the match. Could have won by more. The Italians couldn't handle their box press in the first half.
Tonight's match should be really interesting.

Went to the NZ-Peru 1st leg in Wellington on Saturday. Decent game and everything still to play for at 0-0. For all their possession and better skill level Peru didn't really create a good chance other than a nearly calamitous own goal and a header from a corner and NZ probably went closest to scoring.
Going to be tough for NZ away at altitude in the 2nd leg but 1-1 doesn't seem impossible.
