Anyone listening to Twenty One Pilots or following along with what they have accomplished this year?
Without doubt they're the breakout "pop" band of the year and it's amazing to see a band climb to such heights having been unsigned just three years ago. Currently they have two songs in the TOp 5 which only The Beatles and Elvis have previously accomplished.
There music is likely too "young" for the majority of posters here but it brings me right back to some great years of my life - listening to/seeing Less Than Jake who are a band heavily tied to the record label Fueled by Ramen who manages 21.
Their live shows look amazing (tad of David Byrne in their live performances of "we don't believe everything on TV", and it's refreshing to hear a band not bound by classic genres as they traverse emo, rap, punk, pop, and everything between.
