To discuss how great everyone else's signings are.
To let everyone know he could have signed half the French team.
I think all our business is done now
Amazing Wenger is only thinking about replacing when the fact is we need to add at least 3 more players to the squad.
Why do we still waste time like this? Can't wait for 2 years later.

It's funny how we asked Henry to leave because he had a job as a pundit on the side, but Wenger can waste the deadline day working for French tv after this absolute mess of a transfer window. He's not even pretending to put Arsenal first anymore.
Then again he was never planning on signing anyone else, I suppose. There was an outside chance we had to replace Sanchez with Lemar. Otherwise all our transfer business was concluded months ago.

Where's Wenger's own ambition? This is possibly his last ever job in football - certainly at the top level - why doesn't he just want to splurge and actually have one final go? He really does get off on having a 'sustainable business model'.
I am actually surprised we haven't sold Sanchez, replacement or not.
We finish 5th and get one forward we have passed on over the years and a left back on a free.

After losing 4-0, we had the cheek to make a profit in the transfer market and show no inclination to improve the squad.
We have actually finished outside of top 4 for the first time under Wenger and still manage to weaken the squad as compared to our rivals. And we wonder why nobody wants to sign on to this project.
How would the players who we tried to offload feel now?
How does anyone feel now?
How does a fan who spends top dollar to go watch Arsenal feel when he has to cheer for a player who doesn't want to be here and we have two in the first XI in Alexis and Mustafi.
We couldn't find any player in world football to improve on Ramsey, Xhaka, Elneny and Coquelin? That's an embarrassment.

I feel like I'm pretty done with the club until things change to be honest. It might feel different waking up tomorrow, but none of this is healthy. If it had been a marriage you would have gotten a divorce a long time ago. I can't remember the last time the club gave me a happy moment. I had some stuff going on at the side last season, and all Arsenal did was making me feel even more miserable. Life's too short for that.
Fortunately I've had loads of distractions today and I'm off to a music festival for the weekend so all of this isn't really getting to me at all. I lost all hope at half 3 last Sunday when the line up was announced so since then I have been slightly amused by the absurdity of how things have gone this week.
I was just telling my brother who is in the process of preparing his applications for business school. He has wasted the whole day waiting for us to do something with his cut off date for one round approaching. Just not worth it.
I feel fine actually.
Then again I've not read any threads here today or been following the ferocious hypey bs that's spewed all over every conceivable media.

Look at Fergie. He took van Persie when he knew all he'd get was one good season out of him but he knew too that was enough for one more title. Can't believe a dozen or so years ago we would debate whether Wenger was better than Fergie.
But he was very good at one point of time and given the set of players he put together, as good if not better. He has proven to be far inferior over a period though even considering circumstances.
History has had massive companies that are so far ahead at one time but fall behind as they fail to innovate with time, exist in denial and grind into being nothing.
Also, Fergie knew when his time was up. Wenger doesn't seem to understand like a lot of people who don't know when to exit.

That's true, although in all honesty I don't feel the same about the club anymore, probably since that shambolic year where we lost to Monaco and lost a lot of big matches heavily. In the past it always feels like you look forward to Arsenal every weekend to get joy, but nowadays you don't mind missing matches or tuning in to get the lols when we lose the same way. Losses doesn't hurt that much although inevitably you will still get angry in the funny way.
I will still celebrate the occasional good win once in a blue moon but that's about it. We always have the most predictable of seasons since 2008 and it won't be any different the next 2 years.

Morbid fascination.
Guys you're going to have to learn to be a lot more reselient or else give up to spare your minds, I think it's going to be pretty horrible in terms of results for the forseeable and I'm not sure that even that will provoke change.
Also I think that we're now in some weird category of club that is big, wants to stay big but will not compete for the cream of players and will continue to fall short of Chelsea, City and United.
Feel fine as Arsenal doesn't impact my life these days. It's just something interesting to follow.
All I hoped for from the window is that the club would at least show an ounce of ambition and a desire to please the fans but alas none of that.
The best bit about the club is the banter fans have mocking our plight
