Yep. Coq and Ox both did ok individually defensively but they were still steam-rolled for a lot of the first half. When Elneny came on he was able to slow the counter attacks by being more patient and not jumping in. Problem is between Elneny, Coq and Ox you have a complete midfield. Remove one and it starts lacking.

Genuinely don't think Özil had a bad game today, but I didn't watch the Chelsea game so I'm not still mad at him for that one.

What mystifies me is why Lucas doesn't start. Bloke's a proper player and just the kind we need if we're gonna turn our form around. Wenger doesn't seem to like guys like him for whatever reason.

We really have to start playing 433. Ozil on current form surely don't deserve to start.

Our attacks in the first half was at times exhilarating to watch though. This front 3 has brought some penetration back.

Might be saving Perez for Bayern.

I think we should just play a front 3 of Ozil, Sanchez and Perez in a free role with a a 3 man midfield behind them. It's not like Ozil plays like a number 10 anymore anyway.
