Is he really, though? Hummels is the one I'd rather have lining up next to Djourou or Koscielny when Vermaelen isn't there.
Edit: That was just a poor way of saying that he's the more dominant defender. I'd prefer having him lining up next to Vermaelen, period. He seems so comfortable playing in a high line.
