The reports about Falcao mainly claim that both Arsenal and Spurs are "willing to meet his £26m valuation". I call bullshit on that.

Also, Neymar has been valued at £41m by Santos. Hahaha. Well if Chelsea do go in that surely must exclude them from a lot of other trading.

What about this Willian chap? I can't say he's ever stood out the handful of times I've seen him at Shaktar, and he looks like another one of those brilliant wingers with fuck-all end product. Anyone know more about him?

I've never paid any great attention to Willian.

I see it mentioned that he would be viewed as a replacement for Arshavin.

What would he provide that Arshavin doesn't?
He's behind him in terms of assists and goals scored but perhaps he'd be more consistent?
Plus he has that extra gear and surge of pace that Arshavin seems to have lost.
It's been reported that Shakhtar value him in the region of £22 million which the way things are going seems about average for a player with "potential", proven first team profile coupled with technical ability, Brazilian nationality and CL experience.

Unless of course we're talking about Denilson.

I haven't noticed Uzbekistan captain Odil Ahmedov on anybody's wishlist but apparently we're interested.

6ft player, tough tackling mid fielder, also been used as a centre half, known for his long-range efforts.

I know nothing of him but I like what I'm reading.

That Ahmedov, I am quite familiar with him. Watched him play live once and in half a dozen matches for Uzbek.

Big talent obviously in Asia standard, would be a good player in championship level, thats all so you get what I mean.

But seriously though, didn't you guys at least catch a few matches in the Asian Cup? He played didn't he! The aussies should be pretty familiar with him too, Uzbek faced them 4 or 5 times in the last 2 years.

Could you confirm then Clrnc that he is actually worse option than Denilson and that if there is any truth in this then it's proof that Wenger has officially parted company with reality.

You know my opinion of Denilson. I would like to think any decent midfielder is better than Denilson. At least the Uzbek is tough, committed and can tackle if thats what you like about him 😉

Ahmedov is like a lesser version of Tymoshuck.

It's a link from left field so it sort of puzzled me.

If we lose Nasri we should do whatever we can to sign Kagawa this summer. I've got a feeling that his foot injury might has knocked a couple of millions off the price tag. It's absolutely imperative to get an additional wide player in that case, though.

Would be a good nasri replacement. Quite a few out there to choose from. Hazard, neymar, mata, honda, young, marin to name but a few. Plus wengers unknown gems
