Dunno but I'm not that sold on Cabaye, decent player but we could do better. He's an all-rounder(decent passing, vision, tackles very well, good shot technique etc) but somehow only seems to excel in an advance midfield position. He's also not consistent, can be good on his day though. Has generally been below par this season.
He's not even Newcastle's best player, that award goes to Coloccini (the best footballing CB in the league IMO, and has got Busquets like ability to read and intercept passes but he's too slow).
Ben Arfa is the guy I'd go for from Newcastle, he's easily their most talented player, but he'd be a HUGE gamble.
