We have nobody with that team.

If we go by the history of dutch stars lost at Inter - a move to Arsenal could work.

Apparently, Galatasaray have opened negotiations with Sneijder. I doubt that they can afford 200,000 pounds a week, so I imagine he is wiling to relax his wage demands (as any normal man would expect). Would add quality, although I still feel our priority is a 9 and a 4.

Why not Diame over M'Vila if he's really going to be back from injury in a week?

Still reckon that'd be a great bargain and the type of player who would be useful to us.

Really want more presence in our midfield. Let Wilshere and Cazorla sort themselves out after we add a bit of drive and spine - both are talented and versatile enough to take up a range of positions.

Cazorla can push up into the frontline. Wilshre can play behind the striker. And then we can get Arteta to spend more time in the opponent's half, and inflict the kind of damage he used to at Everton.

That's the theory. None of our midfielders should have to sit though.

I'm dubious about Jack and Cazorla out wide, because I think it might waste their gifts as much as make use of them. Why not just rotate and substitute to fit the occasion?

We need to get out of the mentality that we have to have a perfectly tuned midfield three that gets used in 90% + of all matches. That simply doesn't happen.

Agree with you there.
You need 4 midfielders who can rotate in 3 places. And then you can throw in your Ramseys when desperate.
Ideally we'd have 4 top frontline players and 4 top midfield players and scrubs around them.

He would be paying a lot less tax in Turkey than he is in Italy.
