Put it another way; I would rather give him the molly-coddling, big contract and general TLC that we appear to be giving to Theo.
If there were a decent chance it would work I'd say yes, but genuinely I think he'd cause havoc in our current squad.
Why so?
I don't think we have enough of the type of characters that would help him.
Tet and Per would see him right.
Plus he can go shopping with Santos; nobody can turn that into a negative.
I would never take him. He is pure trouble. If Mancini cant handle him, nobody could.
I'd take Balotelli. Think Wenger is just the kind of manager that he could play really well for.
Not sure Mancini is particularly adept at dealing with this sort of thing.
I'd take him. Could backfire but if it did, so what? We'd be more shit than we are already? Big potential up-side.
Something like that, yes.

Mancini's man management is terrible.
He is one of the only man in football that can communicate with Balotelli.
Gave him his debut, trusted him, tried to teach him proper values, its just impossible.
I wouldnt mind balotelli would bring some energy and a personality to the team.

Don't be silly.

Nowhere near good enough to merit the hassle.
Don't think Balotelli is as good a player as he is made out to be

He's gone this time, surely?
Doubt it. Too much upside in keeping him around and hoping he can put together a run of non-insanity making it possible to recoup a chunk of his fee.
Meh. What do City care about recouping chunks of anything? More likely they're holding out for a foreign club to take him, they have no need to sell to other PL clubs like we apparently do.
Rossi has joined Fiorentina for 9m euros, could turn out to be a bargain.
