As for wages, why do people wish to close their minds to the idea that we can raise wages? My understanding is that Balotelli makes around 120,000 pounds per week. If it's true, then that is not an obscene figure to take on, and is really the minimum what we should expect to play for really top talent.
As I've said before, I am against selling Walcott because he is near the top of the squad, but if the return is Balotelli, I'll take it.
