Is he a bit too lightweight for the premierleague though?

What happened to Illicic anyone knows? Hardly heard any news of him recently. If we are going to raid Serie A, I'd rather Jovetic and El Sharrawy. Wenger never buy anyone from Serie A though

Lamela is awesome, one of my favorite players in Europe at the minute. He's exactly the type of attacker i'd like us to sign too.

I dont think players should be considered too lightweight for the Premiership these days, especially attackers. Fortunately the trend has changed.

That depends on the squad. The above team definitely needs some tweaking for games such as Stoke away, West Ham away etc. It's just too short. But that's where the quality of the squad and the tactical flexibility of the manager is tested.

Cazorla is definitely a central player. Does a lot of decent work in both directions on the field too.

It's 90% the quality of the squad, and we dont have as much money as the teams we compete with, so we're very unlikely to have equal strength in our squad.

We could have a Klopp/Guardiola lovechild combo and the odds against us finishing higher than those 3 teams would still be massive.

I don't think Cazorla can be classed a central midfielder, he's an attacking midfielder playing centrally, just ahead of the two sitting central midfielders.
