I see Pardew is enjoying his moment in the sun. He's a bigger wind bag than 'Arry. The scouting at Newcastle is making him look good at the moment.

I think his coaching deserves a mention too. Always think he is a very decent coach. Thought he was class after his defeat at the emirates this season.

Rossi would be pretty good business even if he's injured and likely to miss most of next season. Villarreal won't afford his wages in the second division. We could scoop him up before the elite clubs come back in for him. Just offer them £10-15 million and see what happens.

We could still sign a midfielder if the fee is low enough for Rossi. It looks like a rare opportunity to me. Considering the level he held before he got injured it's easily worth a punt. Real or Inter would've nicked him this summer and paid him wages we can't afford.

Hmm. Maybe, but the way Wenger was talking the other day I think we're only going to see at the very best three more signings.
Don't think we can accommodate another season long injury.
I'd still love Hernanes or Jovetic or the equivalent of either.
Hazard might be a remote possibility now that we're 100% sure of CL.

£15 million on a bloke that's had 2 knee reconstructions on the same leg in two seasons? I love Rossi, but that would be a negligent use of our money.
