Technically Kagawa is up there with the best in europe. Some of his throughballs and vision is magnificent. Best thing about him is that he is abit of a poacher, very clinical and pops up at the right place right time. Added to the fact he is super hardworking in midfield... Ferguson will really want him to replace Park.

I think Gotze is quite impossible, but we need 2 top class attackers imo more than we need any DM or Defenders. Podolski is signed, Hazard + Kagawa would be a huge summer. Heck, getting just one of them would be brilliant already. Worried how we gonna clear our deadwoods though

I'd love us to get either Kagawa or Hazard, though I have a feeling one of them will end up at United.

Hazard makes more footballing sense for our team than Kagawa. The latter I wouldn't mind, but can't see him taking Arteta or Songs place, and we know Wenger isn't going to kill Wilshere, so as long as we continue 4 3 3, there's really no space for him in our midfield. Except he's going to play as a winger, and we already seem quite loaded in that department.

I know transfers from the Bundesliga are often at reasonable prices, but I still don´t believe Kagawa will be sold for £5m. That is regardless of his contract situation. Would make more financial sense to keep him if that is the best offer they get for him.

I imagine there will be plenty of suitors though.

That 5m is clearly a misprint. 90% chance they meant 15m. 10% chance they meant 25m

M'Vila (1st choice, expensive option) ---Flamini (2nd choice, cheap option)
Dempsey
An experienced (slightly past it) goal poacher. Similar to how Lazio got Klose last year. A relatively big name around 32/33 years old who won't mind playing a limited role, but has a solid proven record and knows where the net is.

Just give Dick Law a suitcase filled with 35m and send him on a road trip, starting the bidding at 20m to ensure we are given an audience by each team. If we finish our money on one of those players, I'll be satisfied that we've reached high
