I'd like to see a couple more rested soon but not in this. The 2 MistaT mentioned and Ospina is enough. We seen last season how straight forward seeming CL ties shouldn't be taken for granted. Rest Monreal and a few others on another day.

I think 3 or 4 changes won't disrupt momentum too much. Honestly, last year's losses was a bit of a freak and normally we cope pretty well with weak european teams at home.

This team is more than good enough to win.

Basel are known to play very eye pleasing football but we should still be too good for them. I say start the exact same team.

Aside from Cazorla, I don't think there's any pressing need to make changes since none of our players were overly exerted in the second half of today's game.

I wouldn't mind Lucas getting a start just because I reckon he's more suited to a European game at this stage but that's about it.

Depends if Coquelin can recover but Wenger words about his injury don't fill me with confidence. Also felt Monreal worked really hard in the 2nd half, would give him a rest.

He is playing great football and the best way to help him sustain it is to not wear him out.

Coquelin won't play anyway so if we rest Cazorla the midfield picks itself. I'd rest Theo rather than Monreal for this, though I do think Monreal will need a rest soon. Nacho has just found some form in the last 2 games though so I'd rather he kept that up for at least another game. Let that back 4 really gel.

I would rather rest him at Burnley. We need this game more. A win here means we need a win and draw from our last four games to qualify, and puts us a step closer to topping this group. Winning early in this group gives Wenger greater flexibility for rotation in November when players are tired and we head towards a potential group decider with PSG.

We have tottenham and ManU before the psg game, so if anything we should throw that one. No messing about in the league.

Xhaka and Elneny to play against their old team would be nice. Probably going to be Xhaka/Cazorla.

So all the more reason to get maximum points in this one. So we don't find ourselves resting players against United and Spurs because PSG rematch is a must win.

Its more about being pro-active than people being clearly fatigued. Theo wont look out of breath when one of his muscles pops again for instance and with players like Cazolra and Monreal who are the wrong side of 30 it just helps over the season to not push them too hard now. Also guys like Perez and Elneny need games to be sharp when they eventually are called on. You never know who you'll face when they are needed.

Perez has to start this one as he's just scored a couple, Giroud is on a ban and Alexis should get some rest

Coquelin out is a blow but Elneny and Xhaka looks like a good pairing that I'd prefer anyway for this match. We should probably rest Walcott or Monreal too

I suppose that's true as well, we don't often have the scope to rest a number of players and should seize the opportunity.

On the other hand, I wouldn't mind if we went with our first 11 now to get some points on board and did some rotation when we played Ludogorets.
