normally i'd agree but say we sell them both late in the window, having signed no-one else of note. for me, that has a wider ranging impact than missing out on 80m-90m. we're already lagging well behind, doing a major rebuild now would bury us for another few seasons
i reckon keep them regardless, go as big as possible in the transfer market and try to win something big next season. then have another go at getting them to re-sign.
and i think ozil will have a good season next year. he tends to have an upswing when there's no off-season tournaments and he gets a proper pre-season in
not too bothered if either of them sign for a rival when they're both 30. we'll have gotten their best years
