I have no doubt that both will push heavily for a move. Why would any player worth his salt want to stay at the utter clusterfuck of a club we are?
Ozil doesn't have many suitors, so he can push but I'm not sure where the "pull" will come from...Turkey? AC Milan? PSG?
I would imagine we'll see him sign a shorter (2-3 year) contract renewal on large wages, and I'm happy with that. He'll be someone we can offload in a few years for a reasonable fee.
Sanchez is off though, no way he'll be content playing in Europa and I think he'll see through our "war chest" stories. Think the club will see his "attitude" as a PR opportunity to spin why we're letting him leave.
Don't think he's satisfied playing with Welbeck / Giroud though he may have been calmed by the rise of our 3-4-3 with Ramsey-Xhaka as it definitely enabled him to play further up.
