Big Willie A football teams lifecycle is finite. Most of our players are in or coming into their prime. If we don't win anything soon we'll have to rebuild this squad.
If you find anything to dispute the fact that teams have a finite lifecycle then please, let me know. A team can probably keep the same core group of players together for about 5-7 years. The Invincibles didn't even have that. So the squad will need to be rebuilt after a number of years.

The two aren't mutually exclusive are they? Nor does it contradict my post. If we don't win things in the next few years whilst our players are in their prime or coming into it then we'll struggle to keep them. If we do somehow manage to keep them and still don't win with them then it will need to be rebuilt.
Put simply, we didn't win anything the last 2 seasons once we had the core of our team in place. That's fine and not a guarantee for any team not named City. There also isn't a guarantee we'll win something in the next 3-5 years whilst our players are in their primes, and finishing that period with nothing is also possible. Whether you'd be ok with that or not is another matter. But what is a fact is that at some point we'll have to be phasing out the majority of our important players. Not to mention will Arteta stick around/be allowed to stick around for a rebuild?

Again, show me where I said now or never. Not just in the previous post but anywhere in my post history. I said the team is either in or coming into their prime and if we don't win during that period we'll have to rebuild the squad, whether its because of departures or because of players getting old and busted.
We have a great squad, unfortunately we are up against a dominant City team being aided by the refs. I'm good with season after season of 23/24 because sooner of later we'll win it, hopefully. But as for a team's lifecycle being finite, they are. And
