I'd hope so, it's what I would want but I doubt we'll see the likes of ESR or Nelson start, neither will Cedric or Elneny (thank fuck for that). @Clrnc you will be severely disappointed if you think any youth team players will start. I expect to see something along the lines of:

White-----Saliba/Gabriel------Kiwior------- Zinchenko
------------------------Jorginho----------------------------
-----Odegaard/Havertz---------Havertz/Trossard
Saka------------Jesus/Nketiah/Trossard/Havertz------Martinelli/Trossard

So thats Kiwi, Jorginho, Nketiah coming in who haven't played much. Havertz and Trossard have been subbing each other in the starting XI most weeks so wouldn't consider them league cup players.

I think Cedric, Elneny, Nelson, etc will all start if fit. Along with Kiwior, Eddie, etc I think it'll be about fitness for Arteta, he'll play those he wants to get minutes into and rest those that need a break. I don't think we'll see loads of kids start but he did give Sagoe Jr his debut earlier in the season so you never know with Arteta.

Not surprising at all. I would sell the first three in the summer asap. Other two squad players tops.

Feels good to have most of our squad available for the run in this time around. We have built a very robust squad that can cope with injuries to most players. Kudos to the management team for that.

I’ve changed my mind, sell Tomi in the summer too. Did he get injured on the flight to England? Plays twice for Japan yet misses the next two weeks for us.

Or the club know we have options and being extra careful with him. Rather he miss a few games now and get him fully sorted for the run in.
