Bit early to be writing him off. Gnabry went two years without playing and is now turning out for Bayern. While it may have almost certainly hampered or delayed his development, he's not exactly playing in the lower leagues. Mav has only been out for 4 months.

Eh, he got an chance to start for Arsenal in the league within a couple of months of joining the club. Far cry from Bielik or Zelalem.

Bielik is actually quality. Wouldn't rule him out as having a chance to break into the 1st team squad in the future.

If it is as bad as the majority are saying, I doubt Bellerin or Holding will be ready for PL football until this time next year. The club will want them to have a proper pre-season and u23 games to get match sharp.

Massive blow for probably our two best defenders this season.

I think it's related to a change in training somehow. Two difficult knee injuries like that are hard to explain away. It feels like we've picked up more injuries this season than we've averaged in the last few years too. It could be related to the training itself, or maybe it's some external factor. I know Barcelona in the mid-00s suffered three or four ACL injuries the same year after refurbishing their training pitches and making them too hard, and Bayern had a ton of issues a few years later after doing the same thing. Didn't we touch up London Colney recently?

Wasn't Holding's injury an impact injury? Bellerin's certainly felt training-related.
