Back in training this week apparently. Would be good to have back for the Brentford game.

Good news, Partey is back in training.

Zinchenko injured again, will miss Brentford and the international break.

We really are cursed at CM and fullback positions aren't we?

Didn't realise he had so many Injuries at city as well. Hope he doesn't turn out to be another crock.

yeah didn't realise zins record was that bad

That's scary. We bought a crock to replace a crock.

Zinchenko is definitely one we bought while knowing his issues and taking a risk. Not like Partey where it suddenly started when he got here.

Back wid the mandem. Okay Reiss. Let’s keep fit and not go the way of Ainsley

ESR had surgery some days ago and is out until December. If this is old news I hadn't seen it until now.

Guess we'll see a fair bit of Vieira and Marquinhos in the next few months so

Bit gutted for Emile, but anyone who's watched any amount of football with James over this calendar year (as I have) will have heard James observe - repeatedly - that he hasn't looked right at all. Hopefully, the operation is successful and he can get back to his best because I think we're a better team with him in it.

One of our best talents despite some of the hate he gets so kind of gutted we'll see even less of him that we already were over the last 12 months. Calndar wise he won't be missing for long, plus we don't play after mid November until January anyways because of the world cup. Problem is with the way things are scheduled at the moment, there are tons of games to go around for the next 6 weeks or so.

Who's James?

You don't know who James is? I don't know what to tell you... Other than, as flobaba says, he's a Roaming playmaker.

The colombian guy, James Rodriguez.

The poster here with the tagline? Does he work for Arsenal or why would anyone have heard or observed anything with him?

Well, basically because some people on here are not just keyboard pals and are actually mates in real life. There's quite a few of us - even if we haven't all been together for a very long time.

Ah I get it now. Which poster is Jo, seen you post the name regularly in the past.

Jo's my other half. She has also been known to frequent the Arsenal and certain OMITT related activities, but she doesn't post on here.

ESR barely started any matches but is injured again.

Feel for him, feels like he will not have a proper career

It's too early to say. He's clearly very, very talented and surgery now might just be the reset he needs to really kick on in 23/24.

I don't think it's injured "again", I think he and Arsenal have been trying to manage this injury for the best part of a year and it's obviously come to a head now. Hopefully, the surgery resolves it.

Have no doubt they've scheduled the surgery over the World Cup after assessing the issue as too tricky to keep on carrying.

Jesus didn’t feature in training this morning apparently.

Saka, Zinchenko and Elneny all trained today

That's incredible news. Would be wonderful to have Zin back for Chelsea or Wolves. He is such an accelerant for our offense. He can really lift Martinelli and Xhaka again. I suspect overall he is a high risk-reward type of guy. Would be good to see numbers on attacks in both directions on the left flank when he is playing versus not.

Play Elneny tomorrow!

Great news. One we need all season, one who'll raise our ceiling, and one who'll raise our floor.

Heh, that's nicely put. Accurate too.

Is Smith Rowe in training yet or is he still in solo rehab?

Smith-Rowe and Zinchenko were both named in the squad to go to Dubai but neither of them have appeared yet. Hopefully they're both close to comebacks.

Panda from Arteta himself, Zinchenko should be in the squad for the West Ham game but Smith Rowe will miss out. He is fine, no set back but they want to take it easy with him.
