Logistically it's really difficult to put in place because people choose a player in turns. For example if me, you, and qs, did a draft:
I'd pick a player, then you'd pick a player, then qs would pick a player, then it would be my turn again, then you, then qs, etc. We'd keep doing that in turns until everyone has picked their 23 players.
(That's how a draft usually works anyway, I assume the draft we're talking about works the same way)
So doing it for the forum with maybe 15 to 20 players all of whom are in different time zones would be quite challenging.
