He's not cut out mentally for the middle. Playing wingback is a bit of a no brainier, no thinking required.

We should definitely get Celtic Dembele though.

Dortmund Dembele has always been frustrating but I'd take a punt anyway. There's something about the French system that makes 'em churn out huge amounts of flair players. Joy to watch.

My word, this wasn't Mbappe at his best but the touch, imagination, intelligence, and compsure in his gameplay at such a young age is just amazing.

If we get him I am willing to overlook a lot of things Wenger has put us through over the years. Even if we're not winning things with him, he will guarantee that we become entertaining to watch again.

Whether he joins us or not, he is coming very close to becoming my favourite non Arsenal player.

Wenger should've gambled and thrown 50-60 mill at him when he visited him at home last year if he rated him that highly. Monaco would have sold. Too late now everyone's eyes are on him. Mr penny wise.

It wasn't Monaco he had to convince. The kid was signing his first professional contract - he was available for nothing, save a bit of compensation for his cub.

Unluckily for us, Mbappé is a kid that wouldn't screw the club that helped him become a professional before he'd done anything for them. Good for him. Hopefully that same attitude means we have a small chance this summer, now that he's won them their first Championship in nearly two decades and will earn them a massive transfer fee.
