Mbappe is gonna be an all time legend.

Unless he plays under wenger, then he'd be an injury ridden what could've been

So they've arrested a 25 year old Iraqi Islamist for the Dortmund bomb. Pretty big nail bomb in the end, 100m blast radius.

Damn! When football. Other than Munich Olympics, have there been real terror attacks on major sporting events in recent years, other than Dortmund and Paris stadium last year? These Islamists are re-writing the rule book

Was an attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team in Pakistan in 2009 that I can remember.

What about that attack on the Togo national team with Adebayor?

ISIS has shot up a number of cafes showing games in Iraq. Know that's not a team being targeted, but its fucked just the same.

Resurrected Madrid tonight.

Football legend. Top 5 all time best.

^ Pulled from Reddit so take it with a grain of salt

After yet another European record, is it time to look at Ronaldo as the best player in Champions League history? The man has done practically everything as a forward. Just a quick look at his resume:
97 CL goals - record
31 CL assists - record
3 time CL winner (with two different teams)
Best player for 3 CL winning teams (07/08 United, 13/14 and 15/16 Madrid)
5 time CL top-scorer
17 goals in a single CL campaign (13/14)
11 goals in the group stage of the 15/16 season
46 goals in the CL knockout stages
Only player to score and win two finals with two different teams

He's a machine. Still has at least 2 years at top level too.

Yeah, I think he and Madrid are understanding how to limit his exposure (in practice and games) to injuries. He's having a good year in which he's condensed his game but also found an ability to contribute more with overall play / assists. Seems he's trusting his team more and himself less, which with Ronaldo is actually a good thing.

Might be Zidane's influence his new found team game. I've noticed it as well. Will help him last longer at top level

anyone surprised to see Robbery start in 2017?

Surprised, no, I think both are under rated simply because they played in Ronaldo and Messi's shadows. Not a fan of either but they're some of the best players of the last few decades.

Nope, but it's going to cost Bayern advancement beyond this point.

Very good game this Bayern Real match up.

Watching the Atlético game, can't bring myself to cheer for Real. Watching Fuchs' throw-ins in a CL quarter final is pretty funny 😆

Decent game, Leicester at times look like they did last season. Atlético should've gotten a penalty though

Real should be 3 up. Hope Atletico score more against the fat bard.

Is there any chance Ferreira-Carrasco might leave this summer? I can't believe we weren't on his case when he quit Monaco.
