She is horrible, but a million times more preferable than Trump.
Put another way - Clinton had her fair share of failures in her work over the years, she has been caught lying on several occasions, she has spoken and acted questionably towards certain women on behalf of her husband, and there are instances in her work where she has behaved recklessly/incompetently. Trump, on the other hand, is at least a serial assaulter of women (and personally I think he has done far worse towards women), he shows an astonishing ignorance on a number of topics which SHOULD be important for a president of the USA to know about, he regularly dismisses scientific facts, he repeatedly demeans others, almost every time he opens his mouth he lies, he repeatedly exhibits xenophobic and racist tendencies, he is spiteful and vindictive, he repeatedly shows he has thin skin, and he is incredibly impulsive and unpredictable.
Basically, there are no comparisons to be made. Clinton is a sad figure with her own baggage, but Trump is basically evil personificated. The people who publicly are tying themselves in knots defending this pure evil which is Trump are absolutely destroying whatever credibility they used to have. It is a very sad state of affairs when a large portion of Americans are prepared to put a potential serial rapist in office on the one hand, and then cite the main reason for endorsing Trump is that they don't like the direction their country is heading in. To put money and ideology ahead of basic, human decency is deplorable.
