Michelle Obama spoke to the issue of the week, an issue that obviously affected her deeply. She wrote the speech, not shallow at all. Her speech covered problems facing women and children world wide. CNN followed her to Africa for this International Girl celebration, and it was quite uplifting, mainly listening to the struggles that young women face and their strength to overcome them. I honor Michelle Obama for being a spokeswoman on certain issues. We need more of her kind worldwide. In the coming weeks she will bring up other issues that affect not just women but children and men. It's a nasty political campaign, and yet she is able to stick to an issue and stay "high". In the coming weeks Mrs. Obama will speak on what she chooses to speak about.
Unfortunately, this election cycle has turned into an ugly circus. Both candidates have serious character flaws. At least Clinton has shown flexibility, thanks to Bernie Sanders, and has the wherewithal to work both sides of the aisle. Trump couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag.
Anderson Cooper and Martha Radditz did a fairly competent job at the debate, both of them went after Trump. Now let's see the next moderator challenge Hillary.
