Eventually the player realise what most fans have seen over the past 3 years. Wenger is clueless and just running down the same blind alleys each year, but he talks a good talk.

Actually feel more confident than I did going into last year. Reason being we have a more physical side to out game now plus I recon we'll see better returns from Alexis and Ramsey this year

I don't believe the hype around City or United at all, we came second last season we've got a decent outfit.

We need a defender and a striker before the window closes and if they come in, we might even give it a shake.

The only things we will be giving a shake are our willies.

I think that as things stand, funnily enough, we are favorites. We finished 2nd. The team ahead of us lost one of its 3 best players and didn't replace him adequately. Plus they have more matches this season. Spurs will always finish behind us, (which is why I would accept top 4 or 17th position). United have just made a good attack even better without a focus on defense, while City do not have the resources required for a typical Pep tika press.
So I am confident we will be near the top. Just wish we'd further increase our chances with some prize acquisitions.

City don't look to have improved much. As usual they are dependant on Agueros fitness. United have added some quality but I still doubt their core squad and Mourinhos temperament. I'm also no convinced Chelsea are that good. Looks like another season of less than great PL sides TBH.

Still think we are better than United. What United have is the ability to weather any injury crisis. They basically have two first teams that could finish in the top 10, albeit with slightly weak defenses.
The big wild card is Chelsea. Are the Belgian striker and Kante enough?

When we sign Mahrez and Mustafi we'll win the league. I think we should sign them sooner rather than later though, no point in making it more exciting than it needs to be.

Considering 4-5points decided 2nd-5th positions last season, I don't think people fully appreciate how easily we could get dragged into a dog fight for 4th. This will be one of the most competitive seasons in recent memory and teams like West Ham, Leicester are not going to fall away easily. I fear we always have a major injury in us and dragging our heels over transfer business will only make things worse. Wenger wants to turn water into wine so don't expect an aggressive transfer strategy anytime soon. I hate to be negative but time and time again the opportunity has presented itself to steal a march on our rivals but yet we choose to sit on our hands waiting for manner to drop from heaven. I'm not looking at this team and thinking we are going to take the league by storm and I can't see anything other than a frustrating season knowing that once again we lack the squad or tactical acumen to last the full distance.

A serious injury to Ibra and I think United are in trouble.

As things currently stand I'm feeling that this will be the season we finally fail to get ze prize.
