Yup. Khedira has had two heavy years with injuries and lack of playing time, but he's a monster footballer. Best player on the pitch in that 7-1 game against Brazil imo. He's always quality when he does play. It's a no-brainer to take a punt at him if he's on a free transfer.

khedira has been anything but quality every time I have seen him play this season. Granted, that is on limited viewing.

Klaus would be shocked if he watched Khedira this season. Haven't perform well in a single game post world cup.

To be fair to Khedira he has hardly played this season, you can't expect top quality performances after such a long lay off.

Though I should also say while I do rate Khedira, I don't think he is the right player for us.

Of course not, but there's a level beneath top quality, yet far above what he's played like. That you can expect.

I've seen him. I'm aware that he's been poor on the rare occasion he has played. I don't particularly care.

Dont think we're looking at him anymore. Dont think we will add anyone over the age of 25 this summer (unless its a GK).

He was overvalued last summer when he went to Roma for a massive fee. He's had a difficult season with lots of injuries since then. Flop warning.

I'd take him on the cheap though. He has a lot more potential than someone like Dybala, who people were swooning over a few weeks ago.

Higuin is a fat tosser who's only ability is above the average finishing. He would be shocking in PL.

Giroud is better than Higuain is right now.

Higuain would have been a good buy two years back along with Ozil.

Think we need a younger talent now with great potential who can develop being second fiddle to Giroud.

Think Higuaín would still be a good signing for the right price, ie £20m or less and about £100k/w in wages.

Reason being he's a consistent scorer. If he got 20 starts and 15 sub appearances in our setup he'd probably score 10+ goals.

Giroud's consistency when fit this season owes a great deal to the limit set on his fatigue by injury. We need someone to spell him.

The problem with Higuain is that he can't create space for himself. He'd be eaten alive in England.
