Chamberlain might not even make it as a first choice player. All would have said that Wilshere was a dead cert to become our best player back in 2011. Instead, we went and bought Ozil, Ramsey became a monster and Jack is still figuring out his best position.
Signing someone like Reus would signal the end for Oxlade, or even say Wally living up to his potential.
Having said that, I agree that he is our biggest talent, but if there's anything worth merit, it's on field performances, not paper potential.
