He's better with his back to goal IMO. More skilful, better passer, dribbler, link-up play etc
He's played there for Barca and I can see him doing well for us in that role.
Slow midgets with no top quality quality technique or skills are the types that I think would struggled in that role in the PL. All-round forwards with pace tend to do well: Tevez, Aguero, even Rooney is not that tall. Ditto Suarez.
