Sicario2 Brilliant player; just don't ever let him anywhere near the penalty spot. You'd have to drop Ødegaard to play him as a second striker though, and we don't even have a first striker.

I think we've missed a trick not getting Agoumé over noorguard. But I could see Agoume not wanting to be back up at his age. If we were a guaranteed trophy club like city, Bayern, real ect we could maybe still get him. But I can see how the deal could collapse.

Speedster The deal is also complicated, Sevilla need to buy the right first. They then want to sell, they are in financial problems so will probably not want to let go cheap.

I don’t think Arteta sees Nwaneri as a winger. He may also be toying with the idea of playing Saka centrally. I think we need more depth there

Aye, their was the end of season interview on the pitch with Rice. When he said some players would be leaving with a real sadness that was out of character. Struck me we might be loosing someone big. Hopefully that someone decides to stay.

Both our right wingers need new contracts.

Qwiss Just based on what I've seen I think Nwaneri is going to retire Ødegaard and Havertz in a season or two, but I'm not sure it'll happen under Arteta.

I'd give him as many minutes as I could justify centrally though, behind the striker somewhere, maybe with the prospect of developing him into a #9 in the future if he shows aptitude for it. He's so damn good in congested spaces that he'll buy you time in there. Losing a talent like this is a sackable offense and I hope it doesn't happen.

Speedster hopefully he meant the likes of Jorginho, Tierney, etc they seem like they'd be popular characters in the dressing room.

If we lose Nwaneri I think there will be a huge backlash and I have to admit I'd definitely be part of it. I don't think it'll happen but as always when things aren't sorted you can't help but worry.

Klaus yeah 100%. I think he's one of the biggest talents in the world. People like to make the Yamal comparison but he's such an outlier its pointless. Compare him to the rest of the 17 year olds in world football. Wenger would move players out of his way if he had him, I don't expect that from Arteta but if he signs someone like Madueke to take minutes from Nwaneri it'll be akin to when he had Willian ahead of Saka.
