He's 26 years old and always been rubbish.

I was reading an article about Leicester having to balance the books, with some really defeatist and self-serving quotes from Rodgers about making do and lowering expectations. But they do sound like they're in trouble. I'm not sure what's happened to prompt their owner to tighten the belt in this way? I guess it's the heavy investment of the last few years, along some big contracts for club stalwarts and hot talents, catching up with them without any huge sales in that time in the ilk of Maguire, Kanté or Mahrez.

Might also explain why Edu is holding fire on Tielemans. He could sense a bit of weakness in Leicester's position and will be looking to put the pressure on late in the window and get him on the cheap. Leicester don't look like they'd be in a position to turn down a 30m or so bid for a player on the last year of his contract so we might just be playing the waiting game.

That or we're done for the window is my guess. Not too fussed either way.
