That being said, I wonder if one of the routes we're considering is repurposing one of our existing wingers to cover our CF shortfall. Would expect that we'll sign at least two forwards this summer.

If theres any substance to the houseboat, I too am wondering if there's an early-stage shift for someone like Martinelli on the horizon. Smith-Rowe is currently best at LWF for me, so I hope he's still considered there next season when feasible.

I don't think we want him, he was trying to come here all last summer. Attackwise he'd be pretty great in a midfield with Partey and Odegaard. I wonder would he work hard enough for Arteta though.
