I'm not sure that's the sort of skills you want from a right back, in fact it's pretty low down on the list and that's making the leap that he'd be effective at that sort of skill in the PL, which very very few are.
You need someone who knows how to time his runs and more importantly super end product. Someone who's good on the build up is a bonus too.
