I think he is a fantastic talent but he wont come cheap.
Plus that also leaves a question mark on Saliba's long term future as Tapsoba is a right sided center back in a similar age bracket.

Feel we need someone who can recycle/control possession well, Xhaka but better.. not sure that is either of Partey/Bissouma strong points (there quite similar), then again not seem much of Bissouma

yup. no wonder they fired all the scouts, posters on a forum can do a better job.
With Partey, Pepe, Auba, Bissouma, Tapsoba, half our team will be away for AFCON. Throwback to the late 2000's when Adebayor, Eboue, Toure, etc. would all be away together.
Was reading he likes to sit deep which would allow Partey to play more B2B.
