I don't really see a complete transformation needed. I think we have a good team with a few glaring holes, and winger definitely isn't one of them. In order I'd prioritize
CM RB if AMN isn't staying Backup LB CAM if Ødegaard isn't staying
We need a RB. AMN doesn’t have the technical attributes to excel at either RB or CM. If we raise enough money elsewhere he can stay as a backup but we shouldn’t hold out hope he’s a starter for us anytime soon. He would’ve owned a place the way ESR and Saka have owned a place.
We have to bring in top quality to improve our level. We can’t just make a few middling signings and expect to get to where we want to be.
We need to add technical excellence and genuine physical power on equal measures.
Hope we play potential Buendia and Odegaard deals off each other and land one of them. Add Camavinga and an RB, backup LB, goalie, and a striker and we're on course for a truly new-look team. Hope we don't mess around with more CB signings right off the bat.

When we said we needed a left sided Cedric someone took it very literally and went and approached Bertrand.
Bertrand would be perfect. Wasn't keen on Berge but at £12m it's probably worth it.
I don't think there's any reality where Berge will ever be good enough for Arsenal. We have plenty of young players we can use as squad filling.
Bertrand and Berge would be my perfect summer
