he plays with real swag and confidence. will be a top player. his price is already quoted at around 50 mil. though.

Don't think there's ever been a great Swiss player in the history of football. Only name that even comes to mind in regards to former Swiss players is Chapuisat and that's only because he played for CL winning Dortmund side.

Akanji from Dortmund looked like he would become a world class center back after the 2018 WC and his initial performances in Bundesliga.

Sadly he seems to have regressed with consistently error strewn performances this season.

Swiss footballers are like their products. Effective and not flashy, but wont be revolutionary. Zakaria and Akanji are good, that's about it
