Apparently we've been mentioned in connection with Sandro Tonali. No idea if the interest is genuine or if we're just being thrown into the mix because we have a reputation of going for youth, but by all accounts this guy is one of the biggest midfield talents Italy have ever produced. He plays for Brescia in Serie B. Just turned 18 but already has a season under his belt. Mancini called him up for this international round. If he does feature he'll be the second youngest player post World War 2 to turn out for Italy.
There are a ton of clubs after him, but if we're serious about buying young then surely this is the way to go. Do what PSG did with Verratti and sign the boy while he's still in Serie B, save £150 million or so in the process.
