He's a wonderkid alright, can't think of any player with a similar skillset. Don't watch as football as much as I used to but this kid plays for my hometown team, seen him live as well a few times.
He's 6'2 with feet like Cazorla, his technique is genuinely world class already and unlike many who start out with that talent his physique doesn't let him down as he's very strong for a 19 year old, has a good burst on him too. Seems to have the right mentality too, scored a late winner in his debut and still humble in interviews, doesn't hide either when he has a poor game. His obvious weakness is that he's still very inconsistent and overplays a bit sometimes, commits too many fouls for my liking too.
Another issue is that it's unclear which position he should play, he has incredible attributes that should see him play further forward but is very adept at breaking up play and has good work rate in defence. Closest player you could compare him to is Diaby when he was at his best (i.e. Anfield 2012-ish) but even then he passes the ball better.
Think there could be something in this, first links popped up couple of weeks ago and now two days a lot of rumours of Arsenal scouts watching him at the U19 Euros as well as a supposed bid of somewhere between €6m and €9m. Definitely worth a punt but only if the club has a clear idea of where he should be coached next season as that'll define his career imo.
