If I was a footballer and he was my agent I would think it would be a little odd to say the least.

He's not talking about his deals though, he's talking about things he hears on the grapevine. He is playing a dangerous game because you never know how different deals can have an effect on another seemingly unrelated deal or who you might piss off by revealing details that clubs, players and agents don't want out there in the public domain. But he seems like he's built a good career for himself in the business and is well liked, he must be smart enough to know what he's doing, to know what he can and can't get away with.

Plus, he's a Gooner so he can't be too bad!
