Just because an agent says something doesn't mean it's true. They've probably offered Turan to every top club in Europe, including Arsenal, to see who's interested. Doesn't mean we're negotiating with them.

Even being touted as the new Vieira too. I see his price is 19m euros (based on what Inter negotiated); He wouldn't be a bad pickup for that price.
He is definitely more Diaby than Kondogbia. I would like him tbh, fee is perfect as well.
