My favourite moment with Phil on the show is when they drag him out of the smoking trailer and Bubbles has to perform cpr on him ("For fucks sake! I have to do it on Phil?! He smells like mackerel!"), upon which Phil burps him right in the mouth. Bubbles looks like he's going to puke. This big, moist cloud just keeps coming out of Phil and Bubbles, whose glasses are steaming shut with mackerel burp, shouts in desperation to Ricky and Julian: "Jesus christ, Phil exploded!" When I saw it the first ten times I laughed so much that my stomach hurt. That is comedy. That is genius.

Started Season 5 of Sons of Anarchy 8)

This show is so brutal, but so damn entertaining. It's becoming one of my absolute favourites.

Love the way they now are able to manoeuvre through so many storylines at such a fast pace, but add depth to them too.

I feel like they need to stop introducing characters who they're obviously using to later up the body count though.

Just finished season 2 of Game of Thrones. Season 1 was on free TV here late last year but there are no current plans for Season 2. It has been on an extra pay channel and season 3 is currently screening on there only a few hours after it screens in the US, but its an extra channel to pay for monthly on top of the basic Sky and Sky Sports subscription so I don't want to pay for that aswell. A work colleague got in on Blu-Ray and loaned it to me so have just finished it. May find other ways of watching season 3 now as it will likely be a year or more until it appears on free TV.

Pep- Yeah I thought about that too, in the book he's a sadist who's just ugly smelly and blunt not given to games.
I thought it could be Mance Ryder who of course has told how he can disguise himself and boasted how he snuck into Winterfell before disguised as a minstrel but the timeline is changed, in the TV series Mance is beyond the wall with Jon now, and Theon is not being tortured until later in the series of books.
But the fact that they hunted him down suggests that they are just playing with him.

George Martin did say that some things were changed from the book.

Watched a new show called the The Following yesterday. Starring Kevin Bacon. Watched three episodes and found it awful, god knows why people put up with such generic bullshit. Needless to say I won't be watching it any more.
